The case study of King Hussein Medical City located in the capital city of Jordan Amman which is a medical complex that has five hospitals and other medical services faces a huge problem of not having enough car parking spaces compared to the amount of people coming on daily basis to visit the patients or for medical treatments.
MRS provided a solution of constructing buildings that includes Semi Automated Car Parking Systems at along with retail shops in the ground floor on 9 different blocks at the medical city to solve the traffic and parking problem, and also to benefit the people from the retail store inside these buildings.
