The Business Bay Project was a concept design in its tender stage and the client wanted MRS to provide them with an advanced parking system technology because they wanted to have more levels to be used for apartments, hotel apartments and other services such as retails and restaurants.
MRS provided the client with two options for a Fully Automated Parking System.
Option 1:
Total Parking Capacity: 624 Cars
Total Parking Levels: 5 Levels
(506 SUV Cars + 118 SEDAN Cars)
Option 2:
Total Parking Capacity: 760 Cars
Total Parking Levels: 6 Levels
(506 SUV Cars + 254 SEDAN Cars)
